At present, the manufacturers in this industrial park are growing steadily, and the original land is insufficient; hence the adjacent land is needed urgently for expansion.
The local government is urged to change the reported land titles to industrial land, and manufacturers can rent or purchase land at a price that complies with the <Statute of Upgrading Industries>.
